- an independent company which worked on films such as the bridget jones series, johnny english, billy elliot, nanny mcphee, pride and prejudice
- working title appears to mostly use the joint venture and work with different companies with the majority of their films
an advantage of being an independant company over a conglomerate company is they would not have any particular names attached to them
